  一、學情分析

  到目前爲止,我們的學生已學了7個思維工具(PMI, CAF,APC,OPV,AGO,C&S和FIP),並能比較熟練地運用這些工具分析問題,構建思維導圖。The History of Ballet,是學生比較感興趣的話題,學生通過對Ballet歷史背景的瞭解,對當前的現狀,對未來的情况的分析,學會如何用英語表達這樣的話題。

  二、教學課型:寫作課

  三、教學内容

  The History of Ballet,是學生比較感興趣的話題,而且學生能用一定的相關的詞彚和短語來表達,然後完成約150詞的短文。

  四、教學目標: 

  (1)知識目標:復習並熟練使用與dance有關的表達方法。 

  (2)能力目標:通過對Ballet歷史背景分析,引導學生利用CAF工具全面分析問題的能力。通過對其影響的分析,培養學生利用PMI工具的能力。  (3)情感目標:瞭解芭蕾舞的歷史,使學生得到文化的熏陶。

  用五句話約110詞完成寫作任務。

  七、教學過程

    Step1.首先學生閲讀有關芭蕾舞的背景知識材料與圖片。

  Ballet is a dance form that has a long history. The fact that it survives to this day shows that it has adjusted as times have changed.  Ballet began in the royal courts during the Renaissance. At that time it became common for kings and queens, as well as other nobility, to participate in pageants that included music, poetry, and dance. As these entertainments moved from the Italian courts to the French ones, court ladies began participating in them. Though their long dresses prevented much movement, they were able to perform elaborate walking patterns. It was not until the 1600s that women dancers shortened their skirts, changed to flat shoes, and began doing some of the leaps and turns performed by men.  It was also in the 1600s that professional ballet began. King Louis XIV of France, himself a devoted dancer, founded the Royal Academy of Dance. The five basic feet positions from which all ballet steps begin were finalized. In the late 1700s another important change occurred. Ballet began to tell a story on its own. It was no longer simply dance to be performed between acts of plays. Elaborate wigs and costumes were eliminated. By the early 1800s dancers learned to rise on their toes to make it appear that they were floating.  Classical ballet as we know it today was influenced primarily by Russian dancing. The Russians remained interested in ballet when it declined in other European countries in the mid-1800s. One of the most influential figures of the early 20th century was Sergei Diaghilev. His dance company, the Ballets Russees, brought a new energy and excitement to ballet. One of his chief assistants, George Balanchine, went on to found the New York City Ballet in 1948 and to influence new generations of dancers.

    Step 2.  基礎落實

  (1)根據本節課的學習目標(課程標準),對該寫作内容進行適當解讀,學生利用感知思維工具(AGO和CAF)和創造性思維聚焦(範圍、目標)工具對學習的内容進行適當歸納。(小組合作完成)

  課程標準與學習目標爲:瞭解怎樣用英語表達芭蕾舞的起源;現狀,及發展,怎樣説明理由;怎樣過渡等。

  寫作内容基本要求:

  假如你校本學期開設了一門新的選修課程—芭蕾舞,請根據以下信息爲學生介紹芭蕾舞。

  起源芭蕾舞歷史悠久,起源於法國。

  當今代表作品及優秀舞者最著名的芭蕾舞是俄羅斯的“Swan Lake”. 張鎮新,中國最優秀的青年舞蹈演員之一

  學生運用AGO與CAF工具構建文章的基本框架。

  (2)互助小組合作學習。利用CAF工具對觀點與理由的具體内容進行分析歸納。C層學生代表上臺展示,A層同學上臺點評、講解。

  Step 3:思維提高

  課堂小結:今天我們學習了怎樣用5句話來表達不同的觀點及其理由;屬同一意群的要點,可用一句話表達,若内容材料復雜,可用兩個句子表達。兩句之間如果有並列,遞進,因果等間關係的,可用相關關聯詞,合爲一句表達。依照一定順序來排列信息點,並列順序,時間順序,空間順序,邏輯順序等。哪些方面做得比較好,哪些方面還有待提高。這些可以PMI,AGO,CAF工具進行總結。

  八、教學反思

  在英語課堂教學中采用小組合作、思維訓練的方式,能充分發揮學生的主體地位,調動他們學習的積極性。但從本節課反應的情况來看,在以下幾點上仍需改進。

  首先,思維訓練的力度仍需加强。課堂上采用合作學習的方式,其目的還是爲了發展學生的素養,爲了提昇學生的思維能力。在目前這種情况下,部分學生仍存在“等、要、靠”的思想,思維的主動性不够,有强烈的依賴思想。展示只能是部分同學去,而其他同學如果没有任務,就坐在座位上發呆,或者聊天,一副事不關己高高掛起的樣子,教師必須采用適當的方法與措施,激發他們的思維活動。

  其次,課堂效率尚待提高。教學環節必須更加緊凑,學生的討論、展示、點評等環節,教師要加强指導,要强化時間意識,在規定的時間内學生需要完成每一個不同的環節,以免影響下一個環節。

  最後,課堂教學需要適當拓展知識。如果能够提供更多背景知識,甚至是某次晚會的芭蕾舞表演,使學生有身臨其境之感,其思維活動會更加活躍。
