中評社北京5月29日電（記者 郭至君）一年一度的香格里拉對話會（也稱作亞洲安全峰會）即將在獅城新加坡召開，今年大會邀請到的主旨演講嘉賓是印度總理莫迪，此外，美國國防部長馬蒂斯也將在6月2日上午的第一場大會中進行主旨演講。在去年的香會上，剛剛履新的馬蒂斯也在此發表了講話。相信在今年亞太安全錯綜複雜的情勢之下，馬蒂斯的演講依然將很受關注。
香格里拉對話是“9·11事件”後亞太地區新出現的多邊安全合作對話機制，是亞太地區安全對話機制中規模最大、也是各國出席層級最高的“一軌半”對話機制。與一軌關係相比，“一軌半”機制更為放鬆、更為靈活，而具有“一軌半”性質的香格里拉對話機制，由於將安全研究、安全對話和安全決策有機地聯繫在一起，也成為亞太地區各國進行防務交流與合作的一個高層平台，這也是該論壇能將各國國防部長、軍隊領導、情報首腦和防務專家吸引、聚集在一起的重要原因。
中評社記者注意到，今年依舊很多國家的國防部長都會來參加香會並發表演講。其中包括：美國國防部長馬蒂斯、加拿大聯邦國防部長薩詹、日本防衛相小野寺五典、韓國國防部長宋永武、澳大利亞國防部長派恩、新加坡國防部長黃永宏等等。以下是官網列出的目前確認來參加香會的防長級別的名單：
